Last week when my Sub zero refrigerator needed repair i started looking, for the first time ever for a New York refrigerator repair company that are specializing in Sub Zero refrigerators.
When i called New York appliance repair i greeted by their nice, happy dispatch, Stacy, which answered all of my questions and concerns regarding this upcoming New York refrigerator reapir.
She explained me that the refrigerator repair guy will arrive in a two hour window and will diagnose my Sub Zero refrigerator and if he will have the part with him in the van, he will try to finish the refrigerator repair in the same day.
The technician came at the exact time and was very professional and clear aout all the steps that he is preforming to make me feel comfortable with the repair he’s performing.
It took him about an hour to diagnose the refrigerator and repair it, this is by far the best New York refrigerator company i have ever dealt with.
